How do I reserve my date?
After you inquire with event details and information, your date will be reserved once a 50% deposit has been received. Please note, this is non-refundable.
What are Luminous Event Decor’s fees?
Pricing will be discussed during our initial consultation. Depending on the rental, decor, and variety, pricing will vary. We kindly ask you inquire as early as possible with as much information as possible. There are additional fees for travel.
Does your company have insurance?
We do! Luminous Events Decor is fully insured to protect you and our staff.
Do the Chiara arches come in different colors?
Yes! They can be customized to your event or theme with an advanced notice. We’ll discuss more during our consultation.
Can the Chiara arches and 7ft gold arch be rented separately?
Yes, both can be rented as individual items, but if additional styling is needed, this will require a notice in advance and an additional charge.
How many people will the inflatable bounce house hold?
Each piece is different. In general terms, our standard size of 13x13 can hold up to 800 lbs (typically 5-6 children & 2-3 adults). Our 8x8 bounce house can hold up to 300 lbs (typically 5-6 children).
What if an inflatable bounce house gets damaged?
Although the inflatable is very durable, the customer will be responsible if there are damages. The customer is responsible for any damages to the inflatable caused by but not limited to:
-Overloading or allowing individuals in excess of weight limits on or in the inflatable
-Silly string, face paint, gum, food or drink, dirt, shoes
-Punctures caused by sharp objects such as jewelry, buttons, pins, etc.
Damage charges will be based upon the cost to repair plus any lost business.
